Senior Graphics Specialist (Remote) Location Remote in Huntsville, AL :

Title: Senior Graphics Specialist (Remote)

Our graphics designers work as an integrated part of our business development team to create polished, professional graphical depictions of information for documents, presentations, and videos used to effectively convey our messages to our clients. We are looking for creative individuals with a talent for working with a team to conceptualize graphics that support proposal strategies.

Required

• Ten years of experience in graphic design for federal government proposals, RFIs, and marketing collateral
• Experience translating complex and technical content into clear and concise graphics
• Ability to work with proposal managers and writers to conceptualize and develop graphics that convey sales messages and enhance readability
• Experience working within the constraints of a style guide and client requirements for formatting
• Ability to format Word documents by applying styles and flowing text and graphics
• Ability to contribute to the development of new informational graphics concepts, templates, and improved processes
• Ability to maintain library of graphics to serve as examples and provide a starting point for future graphics development
• Experience working in a fast paced environment, with multiple project deadlines
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when required to meet deadlines
• Must have advanced skills with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel

Desired

• Basic to intermediate video editing skills
• Familiarity with using AI in the graphics generation process

Education and Experience

BA/BS degree and 15 years of related experience.
