Pay Rate: $14–$18 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
40 hours per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Production / Assembly Associate to join our team. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment, assembling products, operating basic equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions
Operate basic production or assembly equipment
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse, production, or assembly work required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to [insert weight if applicable]
Standing, bending, and repetitive hand movements
