EMCO Technologies, is seeking a Systems Engineer III to provide senior-level engineering support for the transition of our client's telephony systems. The effort involves migrating from Cisco desk phones and Jabber clients to Microsoft Teams Phone, a modern solution that enhances collaboration and ensures compliance with Enhanced 911 (E911) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver senior-level systems engineering support on enterprise telephony migration.

Apply comprehensive knowledge of systems engineering concepts, processes, and practices to technical tasks.

Conduct analysis and design activities related to:

Cloud integration

Hardware/software systems

Man-machine interfaces

System-level requirements

Develop and implement integrated IT solutions to support NASA operations.

Create and manage system test requirements, strategies, and test systems.

Direct and oversee system-level testing and validation activities.

Support implementation of E911 compliance measures, including service provider integration and validation of user location accuracy.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of systems engineering experience.

US citizenship is required in order to obtain Public Trust

Strong understanding of systems design, development, and integration.

Proven track record in developing system testing strategies and execution.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
