Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Type:Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain a deep understanding of waste management services to answer customer questions accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer inquiries
- Provide Administrative Support to teams as needed
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos and emails
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases
- Enter financial and operational data into relevant systems
- Ensure data integrity and security in all administrative and finance tasks
- Generate reports and summaries for management as required
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using office software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
- Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions and other business interactions.
- Hearing: Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals.
- Speaking: Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.
- Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg.
