Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in financial due diligence, audit, or transaction advisory.
- CPA preferred or in progress.
- Strong command of US GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting standards.
