Job Summary

For those interested in Customer Service Representative role, then this is the perfect job for you. You will be responsible for processing or responding to basic customer requests, inquiries, orders. You will provide basic product/service/application information and coordinate issues to other departments as needed.

Job Description

• Acts as primary customer service agent in processing or responding to basic customer requests, inquiries and/or orders.
• Customer Service may be by telephone, fax, email or regular mail
• Provides basic product/service/application information
• Provides basic information on pricing and product availability
• Must process orders, requests, and returns and adjustments
• Enforces policies within guidelines
• Develops or prepares reports as required
• Must efficiently utilize the computer support system
• Utilizes internal contact resources for specific situations
• Exercises judgment and diplomacy as required
• Maintains current information in an easy-to-use format
• Coordinates and expedites services issues to higher levels or other departments as needed

Skills Required

• Must be an effective communicator.
• Must have some basic knowledge of computers
• Data entry, Excel knowledge

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check
• Shift Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Pay Rate/Salary

• $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors
