Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, a proactive maintenance mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely, effective repairs to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities
• Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and plant improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required (technical degree or certification preferred)
• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and sensors
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and control systems preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Willingness to work overtime or on-call as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in industrial conditions (standing, climbing, confined spaces)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Electrical wiring and control panel experience
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
• Welding or fabrication experience
• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience
• Manufacturing environment experience (food, automotive, plastics, packaging, etc.)
