We are looking for a high-energy, outgoing Marketing Content Specialist who knows how to turn real people, real stories, and real moments into powerful content.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role.
This is for someone who loves being around people, thrives in conversation, and can confidently take control of a room when it’s time to hit record. You will be responsible for capturing the voices of clients, the personality of our team, and the presence of our firm in the Birmingham community. If you have a big personality, strong presence, and natural storytelling ability — we want you.

$35,000 - $50,000
Responsibilities:Client Testimonials & Storytelling
- Meet with clients in person to capture:
- Testimonials
- Emotional success stories
- Immigration journey experiences
- Guide clients through filming so they feel comfortable and confident
- Ask thoughtful, strategic questions that bring out real, powerful stories
Daily Content Creation
- Film content for:
- TikTok
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments in the office
- Turn everyday interactions into engaging, relatable content
- Ensure content is consistent, authentic, and aligned with brand voice
Team & Culture Content
- Capture employee content in a fun, natural way
- Help team members feel confident on camera
- Bring energy into the office and encourage participation
- Showcase the human side of the firm
Community & Event Coverage
- Attend local events, client events, and community initiatives
- Capture content live and represent the firm professionally
- Build relationships within the community
- Identify opportunities for content and brand exposure in real time
On-Set Leadership & Direction
- Take charge of the recording process
- Give clear direction and feedback to clients and team members
- Help people look and feel their best on camera
- Maintain high-quality content standards
- You have a BIG personality — people feel your energy immediately
- You are a true people person — you love talking, connecting, and building trust
- You are confident and not afraid to give direction
- You are naturally comfortable on camera and behind it
- You are emotionally intelligent and know how to read a room
- You take initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to film
Requirements
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish
- Comfortable interacting with clients and leading conversations
- Willing to work in the office 5 days a week (Birmingham, AL)
- Willing to attend events and be active in the community
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Videography (camera, lighting, audio setup)
- Experience creating high-performing or viral content
- Background in storytelling, interviews, or content production
