Paint Truck Foreman
C&H Construction Services, LLC (A TRP Infrastructure Company) is dedicated to enhancing travel and mobility while increasing road safety through precision and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Paint Truck Foreman to join our dynamic team. Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, DOT Drug Screen, and motor vehicle record (MVR).
FLSA: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Pay: Based on Experience
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise the paint truck team, providing clear direction and support.
• Ensure all paint truck operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily assignments and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.
• Perform inspections of paint trucks and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during operations.
• Maintain documentation of daily activities, including material usage and work hours.
• Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Assist in the setup and operation of specialized paint equipment.
• Plan and oversee paint schedules based on work requirements and weather conditions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in road striping or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of paint materials and application techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to work in loud environments and wear necessary safety gear.
Availability:
• Monday - Friday.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work.
• Willing to travel to various job sites as needed.
