Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily site operations across various project sectors
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance on site
• Maintain and track project schedules with the PM team
• Resolve on site issues and keep projects moving forward
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5–20 years experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor
• Experience across commercial, industrial, healthcare, or similar sectors
• Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination skills
• Solid understanding of scheduling and construction sequencing
• Willingness to travel across the Southeast
