Speech-Language Pathologist SLP (Clinic Based)
Location: Tuskegee
Full Time - Will work in school setting

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Tuskegee. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals improve their communication abilities and possess the expertise necessary to diagnose and treat a variety of speech and language disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to patients, utilizing best practices and evidence-based techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and strategies to support improvement.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with a diverse patient population is a plus.
