Foreman Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure team members meet safety, quality, and output goals.
• Supervise, train, and support employees to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor workflow and address equipment or operational issues as they arise. Enforce company policies, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, attendance, and production reports.

Foreman Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in poultry processing, manufacturing, or a similar production environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety and food handling regulations (USDA standards).
• Must be able to pass employer screening requirements, which may include background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent is typically preferred but may not be required with relevant experience.
