Diversified Sourcing Solutions is expanding its team and seeking reliable Production Operators for an automotive manufacturing facility in McCalla, AL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation with longterm potential.
Responsibilities
Assemble automotive parts according to specifications and blueprints
Ensure all assembled components meet quality and safety standards
Inspect parts for defects and make necessary adjustments
Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Troubleshoot basic assembly issues as they arise
Adhere to all company and facility safety protocols
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to work in a fastpaced production environment
Ability to work overtime as needed, including some Saturdays
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $15 per hour
Shifts Available: 8-12 hours shifts
Some Saturdays required based on production needs
