Shipping Associate Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $18.32 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:30am to 06:00pm )

• Prepare and ship orders, accurately pick, pack, and process outgoing shipments with speed and precision.
• Load and unload materials, safely lift, move, and stage products for incoming and outgoing freight.
• Operate warehouse equipment, use forklifts and related machinery; certification provided if needed.
• Maintain shipping area organization, keep workspaces clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
• Meet daily shipping deadlines, work with a small team to ensure all orders are completed with urgency and accuracy.

Shipping Associate Qualifications:

• Warehouse or shipping experience Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse work is helpful but not required.
• Physical capability, ability to lift and move materials safely and perform physically active tasks throughout the shift.
• Team?focused reliability strong urgency, dependability, and comfort working closely with a small, collaborative team.
• Forklift skills, forklift certification preferred; training and certification can be provided if needed.
• Education flexibility, no strict education requirement; a high school diploma is helpful but not mandatory.
