As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility as a Transportation Driver is to provide clean, timely, and safe transportation services to our guests. This role is crucial in creating a positive and seamless guest experience throughout their stay. One of the key duties is to warmly greet guests as they board the vehicle. Having a friendly and welcoming demeanor sets the tone for their transportation experience. Maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel vehicles and a commitment to safe driving practices are crucial in providing a pleasant and secure transportation experience for our guests.

• Warmly greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner as they board the vehicle.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
• Regularly check and maintain fuel and oil levels in vehicles to ensure smooth and uninterrupted transportation services.
• Perform miscellaneous errands as necessary to assist guests and ensure their needs are met promptly.
• Answer the Transportation phone promptly within 3 rings to assist guests with transportation requests and inquiries.
• Complete all required checklists per shift, ensuring that all necessary tasks related to vehicle maintenance and guest transportation are carried out efficiently.
• Provide guests with directions and information regarding hotel outlets, operating hours, surrounding areas, and amenities, offering exceptional customer service and local knowledge.
• Maintain high hospitality standards throughout the transportation service, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and valued during their journey.
• Adhere to safe driving practices and traffic regulations to ensure the safety and security of guests while in transit.

Weekends are required.
