Requirements

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via phone, email, text and strive to understand their travel preferences, expectations and budget.

Explore destination options, different types of accommodation, amenities, dining options and activities to create personalized travel itineraries to align with each client's needs.

Gather and validate information to execute bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions.

Offer pleasant, detailed and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries, travel concerns, and custom requests all in a timely manner.

Stay updated and in-the-know about travel regulations, destination-specific health and safety guidelines, to ensure a safe and excellent travel experience for clients.

Build and curate positive, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage and cement repeat business and future referrals.
