Compensation: Commission-based with 3-Month Starting Stipend + Uncapped Commission. First-Year Earning Potential: $60,000–$100,000

Position Overview

We’re seeking an Account Executive to join our sales team and help expand AMP’s reach in the region. In this role, you’ll build relationships with local businesses, identify opportunities, and provide customized marketing solutions that connect them with their audiences. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our creative and digital specialists to ensure clients see strong results.

This role is commission-driven, but we provide a 3-month stipend to support you while you build your pipeline . With unlimited earning potential, it’s a great opportunity for motivated sales professionals who want to grow their career in advertising and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Develop tailored advertising and marketing solutions to fit client goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial meeting to closing deals.
• Nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.
• Stay informed on marketing trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (advertising, marketing, or media sales preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
