Urgent hiring for "Medical Lab Technician / Medical Lab Scientist" in Birmingham, AL

*Must be located closer to Birmingham, AL*

Job Description:

• Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria.
• Prepare, test, and evaluate new reagents or controls.
• Report accurate and timely test results to deliver quality patient care.
• Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary.
• Assist with processing of specimens when needed.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s OR Associate Degree in Science and 1+ years of experience working in Blood Bank OR Microbiology Department is Mandatory
• Active MLT / MLS certification is Mandatory

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Docena, AL.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
