Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document in the medical record per policy
- Monitor vital signs and assess changes in patient condition; report to the supervising nurse or physician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain safety and comfort
- Perform routine wound care and dressing changes within scope of practice; support skin integrity
- Document care plans, progress notes, and communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in rounds, shift handoffs, and urgent response as needed

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Alabama in good standing
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts and commit to a travel assignment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; accurate documentation
