Your Mission: Market Leader & Performance Architect
The Role: Lead and manage the Birmingham office with full accountability for sales performance, operational excellence, team development, and client satisfaction while driving explosive market growth and reporting directly to executive leadership.

What You Need to Dominate :
• 5+ years of proven management/leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams
• Strong background in sales, operations, or both within service industries
• Executive-level client relationship management and recovery experience preferred
• Technology mastery: Experience with CRM systems, BRM platforms, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to report to senior leadership with strategic insights
• Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue and operational targets

Competitive Base Pay plus:
- Base Salary - $70k - $75k/ first year and increases as Office Revenue increases
- Plus Monthly Commissions - Potential $150k plus / year
