HVAC Residential Service Technician
$20-40 hourly + spiffs, depending on experience level | Company Vehicle Provided

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Residential Service Technician who is passionate about serving customers and communicating clearly to help them understand their system needs and available solutions. Work Hours: Monday-Friday, full-time with occasional overtime
Pay: $20-$40 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs/Bonuses

Position Summary: The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on residential heating and cooling systems following company standards. This role focuses on providing a professional, high‑quality customer experience at every visit.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- 1+ years of HVAC service experience or equivalent education/training
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills on residential HVAC equipment
- Ability to make informed repair and replacement recommendations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to attend ongoing training, classes, and seminars
- Completion of formal HVAC training program (preferred)
