What You’ll Be Doing

As our Night Auditor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing end-of-day audits to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitoring and reconciling daily transactions.
• Assisting guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, and any overnight inquiries.
• Maintaining the security and safety of the property during your shift.
• Utilizing computer systems and various software to manage reservations, payments, and reports.
• Collaborating with other team members to uphold our high standards of customer service.
