Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently perform work specified on repair orders in line with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Collaborate closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about their vehicle’s needs, providing clear estimates for additional repairs when necessary.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Certified Honda Service Technician preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification is a plus.
• A-level qualifications, including expertise in Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise repairs.
• Proficient mechanical and troubleshooting skills; experience with electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with a genuine eagerness to learn and improve.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
