Finance Manager
Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager – C. A. Russell Ford Anniston | Full-Time Location: Anniston, ALSchedule: Full-time | On-site | Includes evenings and Saturdays C. A. Russell Ford in Anniston is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our sales leadership team. This position is responsible for presenting financing options, securing approvals, and maximizing profitability while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a professional, ethical, and high-performing leader with a strong understanding of dealership finance operations and lender relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Present financing, leasing, and aftermarket product options clearly and transparently to customers * Secure approvals from multiple lenders while working to maintain competitive rates * Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and dealership guidelines * Work closely with the sales team to structure deals and maintain smooth workflow * Maintain strong relationships with bank and credit union partners * Consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks for product penetration and PVR * Follow up with customers, lenders, and accounting to ensure timely funding * Stay updated on lending programs, legal compliance, and product offerings Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in automotive finance management * Proven track record in deal closing, product sales, and compliance * Strong working knowledge of lender guidelines and F&I regulations * Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to manage high deal volume without sacrificing accuracy * Proficiency with DMS and finance tools (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, RouteOne) * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Ford Credit and domestic brand lending programs * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus * Prior desking experience or exposure to sales management roles Compensation & Benefits: * Highly competitive pay plan with performance-based bonuses * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and sick leave * Professional work environment with strong leadership support * Career growth opportunities within a growing dealership group About C.
