We are hiring for multiple assembly positions, based on experience and skill. We hire employees for every step of the manufacturing process. We don't expect applicants to have specific knowledge of our industry, so we train everyone from the ground up. Positions can include assembling small parts, simple soldering, production, and packaging. We work in small groups, with a strong focus on safety. The ability to follow directions and procedures is a must.

We understand that you might have other options for employment, including retail and fast food. Those jobs, however, often include working nights, holidays, weekends, and rotating shifts, with uncertain hours and few benefits. Our company offers a regular 40 hour work schedule, with no 2nd or 3rd shift work and a highly competitive benefits package.

Federal Law requires that to work here you must be a US citizen or a permanent resident with a Green Card.

What We Expect From You:

Clean Background Check: Federal law prohibits us from hiring anyone with any felony convictions, no matter how long ago it occurred

Pass a Drug Screen: You must be able to pass a drug screen

Reliability: You need to have reliable transportation, and show up ready to work

Willingness to learn: We'll teach you how to do the job safely and correctly, and look for progress while you work up to full production goals

What We Provide For You:

Schedule: We work 8:00am - 4:30pm, with occasional overtime. Overtime hours are 8am-6:30pm. No nights, no shift work.
