Position: USASAC Program Specialist I
Overview: ITC is seeking a Program Specialist I to provide operational-level program support on the USASAC FMS Enterprise Programmatic Support Services Contract. This role supports operational requirements and initiatives across the program, tracking milestones and completion status, developing briefings and deliverables, supporting cost and budget analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The Program Specialist I brings significant knowledge of organizational structure and mission, along with an understanding of industry trends and best practices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams, and proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and other business operations tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides support for operational-level requirements and initiatives across the program.
  • Assists with tracking milestones, action items, and completion status, and reports progress to program leadership.
  • Identifies and supports opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and business processes.
  • Assists with the development of briefings and briefing materials and supports briefing execution for program and customer leadership.
  • Assists with the development of cost and budget analyses and resource estimates in support of operational planning and decision-making.
  • Supports the development, maintenance, and updating of program schedules, timelines, and milestone plans.
  • Develops and prepares reports, summaries, trackers, and other required contract deliverables in accordance with established requirements and deadlines.
  • Responds to taskers, data calls, and information requests with accurate, timely, and well-organized responses.
  • Gathers, compiles, validates, and analyzes program and operational data from multiple sources to support reporting and analysis.
  • Develops and maintains SharePoint sites, document repositories, trackers, and business operations tools used to organize and share program information.
  • Applies knowledge of the organization's structure, mission, industry trends, and best practices to support process improvement and operational initiatives.
  • Coordinates with program leadership, functional teams, and customer stakeholders to obtain information, align on requirements, and support execution.
  • Participates in program meetings, working groups, and reviews, capturing notes, action items, and follow-up requirements, and tracking items to closure.
  • Supports the documentation of processes, procedures, and standard operating practices within the assigned functional area.
  • Ensures deliverables and documentation comply with applicable directives, regulations, contract requirements, and company policy, and supports audit readiness.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience within program supporting activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Business/Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, or other related discipline from an accredited institution, with a curriculum or major field of study providing substantial knowledge closely related to the task.
  • Significant knowledge of organizational structure and mission, as well as industry trends and best practices for improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and other business operations tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to track milestones, manage competing deadlines, and respond to taskers accurately and on time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active Interim Secret Clearance or above is required at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Security Assistance, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), USASAC, or U.S. Army programs.
  • Experience developing and delivering briefings to government leadership.
  • Experience supporting cost, budget, or resource analysis in a government program environment.
  • Experience developing and maintaining program schedules or milestone plans.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Experience building and administering SharePoint sites, workflows, or document repositories.
  • Prior experience supporting a government customer in a contractor capacity.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
