Mechanical Installation Assembler

Join a growing team assembling custom components on John Deere construction and agricultural equipment. Responsibilities include installing parts and kits, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Candidates should have at least 1 year of mechanical experience, be able to read instructions, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various positions. Mechanical Installation Assembler Details:

• Temporary position
• $25.00 to $29.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Install and assemble custom parts and components on heavy equipment
• Follow detailed work instructions and procedures to ensure quality builds
• Use hand tools, power tools, and air tools for assembly tasks
• Perform proper torqueing of bolts, fittings, and hydraulic connections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Mechanical Installation Assembler Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of mechanical or assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams
• Knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Skilled in using hand, power, and air tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team
• Ability to provide basic tools; forklift or crane experience preferred
