Night Shift Welding Supervisor $77,000 ANNUALLY

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification in welding preferred
• Welding experience (MIG required; TIG/Stick a plus)
• Supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and fabrication techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of welders and welding operators
• Ensure production schedules, output targets, and deadlines are met
• Monitor weld quality and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees on welding techniques, safety, and performance
• Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and proper use of PPE
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate production and performance records
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and coordinating repairs when needed

Shifts:

• 6:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• Monday - Friday some Saturdays
