These plans are not sponsored by Kelly. **Responsibilities of Substitute Teachers:** + Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies + Build a classroom environment that's conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students + For long-term assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments **Responsibilities for Clerical Workers:** + Role reports to the Assigned School District Administrator who has ultimate responsibility for designing and implementing clerical services, along with providing day-to-day and all job-specific instruction + Organize and maintain an efficient and effective office that handles a variety of tasks for the administration, faculty, students, and parents of the school. + Perform secretarial and clerical tasks of a varied nature. + Assist in creating and maintaining a clean, attractive, orderly, safe, and efficient office environment. **Responsibilities for Custodial Workers:** + Assume duties of the district custodian in accordance with school district rules, and Kelly policies + Comply with school Safety Manual Rules and Regulations and OSHA requirements **Responsibilities for Cafeteria Workers:** + Assume duties of the district food service worker in accordance with school district policies, school rules, and Kelly policies. + Cooperate with the School Food Service Manager to provide a positive and inviting dining experience for students and faculty. Nurse Responsibilities: -Provides health care services to students by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities: · Participates in medical examinations and reviews findings to evaluate health status of pupils and progress of program. · Cooperates with school personnel in identifying and meeting social, emotional, and physical needs of school children. · Administers immunizations, provides first-aid, and maintains health records of students. · Counsels students in good health habits. · Assists in maintaining a healthy, safe, learning environment by promoting OSHA Standards relevant to bio-hazardous materials, hepatitis, and first aid-CPR training. · Monitors and follows all aspects of dispensing medication (prescription or over-the-counter) to students at school, according to school protocol and policies and procedures to include proper provider authorization, parental request, proper administration, and timely documentation. **Next steps:** About Kelly® At Kelly, we're always thinking about what's next and advising job seekers on new ways of working to reach their full potential.
