Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger support
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity
• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Support inventory-related accounting and monthly reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing and related accounting entries
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial reporting needs
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and efficiency

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Experience with accounting software (Sage or similar preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a small to mid-sized company environment
• Exposure to inventory, payroll, or multi-department support
• Background in a hands-on accounting or bookkeeping role
