Requirements
- Must be 18+ (21+ for bartenders)
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods (4–8+ hours)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Preferred (But Not Always Required)
- Previous experience as a banquet server, bartender, or event staff
- Knowledge of basic serving etiquette (tray service, table setup, etc.)
- For bartenders: knowledge of basic cocktails + responsible alcohol service
