**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Industrial Field Construction Engineer** to join our team!
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Monitor on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
+ Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards in accordance of plans and project specifications.
+ Interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and technical documents related to industrial systems, such as piping, HVAC, electrical systems, and structural components.
+ Provide technical guidance to contractors and field teams, resolving issues or discrepancies during construction.
+ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
+ Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and updates to Project Manager or designees.
+ Perform quality control checks to ensure materials, equipment, and workmanship meet industrial project specifications and standards.
+ Recommend improvements or modifications to enhance project outcomes and ensure long-term operational efficiency.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction-related field, or equivalent construction-related work experience, as well as 8+ years of experience in field construction is required. Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred.
+ Proven experience in industrial construction of engineering or a similar role.
+ Strong knowledge of industrial construction methods, materials, and systems (e.g., piping, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems).
+ Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
+ Familiarity with industrial codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, NFPA).
+ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
+ US Citizen
+ Valid drivers license
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ High proficiency in using and implementing Procore will be a weighted factor.
+ OSHA certifications are a plus
+ Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
