Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while performing pool and spa maintenance and repair
• Conduct on-site inspections, assess water quality, and perform necessary maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, balancing chemicals, and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Test installed equipment to ensure everything is in proper working order
• Install new pool equipment and assist with pool openings and closings
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional guidance to customers on equipment use and pool care
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage inventory efficiently
• Work safely while lifting and handling equipment, following proper safety protocols
• Arrive at customer homes with a professional appearance and respectful demeanor, representing the company positively

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the pool and spa industry is preferred but not required
• Customer service oriented, with excellent communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor
• Professional appearance and attitude, as you will be entering customers' homes
• Strong understanding of pool and spa systems, with keen attention to detail for accurate diagnosis
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges efficiently and effectively
• Time management and organizational skills to ensure timely service delivery
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift and handle pool equipment safely
• Flexible for overtime and weekends; peak season may require up to six days/week.
• CPO Certification is a plus
