This leader will focus on building and scaling a high-performance team to drive pipeline creation and solution selling of financial automation solutions in a high-volume environment. This role is critical to helping our business increase pipeline and sales velocity and efficiency, drive bookings growth, and scale our team while aligning cross-functional stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** **Pipeline Development & Revenue Growth** + Effectively manage a team of sales professionals who are responsible for building and managing AR Automation and AP Automation pipeline across prospects and customer accounts + Manage their own outbound prospecting campaigns + Convert early-stage prospects into qualified pipeline opportunities and close business. + Ensure quota attainment and performance with a focus on scaling a sustainable business with high degree of repeatability **Sales Leadership & AE Development** + Lead and coach a team of strategic sales professionals focused on sales execution and cross-functional customer growth. + Develop sales skills and capabilities to improve performance, efficiency, and close rates. + Champion best practices in SaaS solution selling across the Quadient Digital portfolio. + Actively manage strategic accounts to unlock new value and expansion opportunities. + Foster a culture of high accountability, where reps are consistently challenged and supported to build pipelines, execute outbound, and convert non-active buyers + Partner with and mentor developing managers, providing executive presence and technical depth to support complex sales cycles and customer engagements **Strategy & Go-to-Market Alignment** + Align sales team around a digital growth model. + Be EPIC in collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to align campaigns and enablement efforts.
