AudioVisual Specialist Broadcast Expert Needed in RasAlKhaimah, UAE

Join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE as an AudioVisual Specialist , where youll play a central role in designing, deploying, and maintaining studio-level AV systems for live broadcasts and virtual productions.

What Youll Do

• Install, test, and maintain AV infrastructure across studio and virtual production environments including camera systems, switchers, and scalable networks.
• Crimp and configure connectors (BNC, Micro BNC, RJ45, XLR) to ensure reliable signal paths.
• Set up and manage audiovisual links between different units, ensuring seamless communication.
• Design custom AV circuits and systems tailored for live broadcasts, integrating matrix systems and signal-routing architecture.
• Operate and troubleshoot scalers, matrix systems, and broadcast transmission links during live shows.
• Quickly identify and implement alternative service options during設備failures to minimize downtime.
• Support live broadcasts with onsite setup and maintenance of equipment and signal transmission.
• Ensure studio health and safety while effectively communicating with creative and technical stakeholders.
• Continuously stay on top of AV trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems.

Who You Are

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced experience working with video production equipment cameras, switchers, live production hardware.
• Solid understanding of electronics, communication systems, and infrastructure.
• Proficient in operating video equipment, including switchers and keying (e.g. chroma key).
• Strong IT and network knowledge able to work with video infrastructure, switches, and network configurations.
• A creative troubleshooter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent at time management, organization, and technical documentation.
• Flexible to work on a shift-based schedule, including live broadcasts and rehearsals.
