YOUR TYPICAL SHIFT

As a Sales - Front Desk Associate, you are the welcoming face of StretchLab. Your day starts with greeting and checking in clients, making them feel right at home. You conduct tours of our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring clients have all the information they need about our offerings. Your knack for sales shines through as you guide prospects through the process of booking intro classes and quality appointments. Your energy extends beyond the studio, as you participate in special events to promote StretchLab's services. A natural-born closer, you consistently convince prospective clients of the value of our services and sign them up with ease!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES - FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

We're looking for someone with a goal-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting sales targets who meets the following requirements:

• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with computers
• The ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per day
• The ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• The ability to travel as needed
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position with shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours. The weekly schedule includes Monday to Friday and weekends as needed.
