We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Receptionist to join our team. The Office Receptionist plays a critical role in ensuring that our front office operates smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, and your professional demeanor will set the tone for their experience with our company.
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage scheduling of appointments and ensure all relevant parties are informed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, enhancing the guest experience.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
