This position will be **full-time, remote,** and is a **salaried** position. **What You'll Do** + Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements from stakeholders into robust, secure, and efficient technical specifications for reports, dashboards, and analytics + Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using core Oracle reporting tools, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP), and potentially Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) + Develop and manage reports utilizing data from multiple subject areas across Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, SCM, and ERP + Analyze transactional data to deliver actionable insights and create compelling, user-friendly data visualizations and analytics + Optimize report performance for large data volumes, manage reporting catalog folders, and define appropriate security permissions + Collaborate closely with functional leads, business analysts, and IT teams to troubleshoot data inconsistencies, resolve reporting issues, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) + Create and maintain technical documentation and provide effective training to end-users on reporting tools and solutions + Stay current with the latest Oracle Cloud updates, new BI technologies, and reporting best practices **What You'll Need** Required: + Expert Proficiency in developing reports using Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) + Strong command of SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis + Deep functional and technical familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, specifically data structures within HCM, SCM, and ERP modules + Experience with other Oracle BI tools, data modeling, and data visualization techniques + Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and report development roles + Proven experience developing reports within an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment is required. le + Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail + Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and non-technical business needs + Excellent verbal and written communication skills for requirements gathering, collaboration, and end-user support + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable accommodation statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to [email protected] or (888) 824 - 8111. $115,000 - $130,000 The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
