Job Description:

Overall 6 years of Salesforce experience

Candidate should have minimum of 6 years with strong service cloud development experience.

Strong knowledge and experience with all the Out of Box capabilities, components and configurations offered by Salesforce platform, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.

Strong knowledge and experience with configuration, customization, programming with Apex, Apex triggers, Apex actions, Web Services, Lightning AuraLWC frameworks, VisualForce and JSON.

Salesforce.com integration experience, with other enterprise services using real-time APIs, Streaming APIs, offline synch jobs using informatica other tools, with other salesforce orgs and so on.

Experience with Salesforce Connect is an added plus.

Knowledge and experience of handling different Governor limits and the ability to design and build applications for the enterprise scale with Asynchronous jobs, Bulkify, Parallel Processing, Platform Cache, LDS and so on.

Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex, Lightning, AppExchange deployment, and other Salesforce.com metadata using the org or package deployment models with GitHub as a version control system.

Troubleshooting experience with Salesforce debugging issues with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Flows Processes, Lightning page performance, SOQL performance, API integrations and so on.

Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns and design limitations.

Good knowledge in Java and Object-Oriented Programming languages and concepts.

Responsibility Areas

Maintain multiple ASO applications in Free Form and Planning. Includes multi-currency and Workforce.

Support business units as solution needs arise. Effective time management and communications are key.

Test Oracle patches in applications to make sure they will work in production.

Submit, track and work with Oracle to resolve open SRs which may arise / are needed to resolve solution issues.

Configuration changes to application functionality, and assist with testing

Maintain and write calc scripts in BSO/ASO languages with a strong

understanding of Groovy.

Maintain a Narrative Reporting application for reports, books, bursts, and

scheduled jobs.

Knowledge of FOMEE/Data Exchange and REST APIs needed

DRM knowledge a plus

Accountabilities / Metrics

Financial statements (income statement balance sheet, and cashflow), foreign currency and intercompany elimination and cost allocations is critical to success in this role.

Advanced member formulas and Calculation Manager

Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting best practices

Ability to align technical capabilities with functional requirements across modules.
