You will be the financial architect of the manufacturing floor, driving efficiency through precise analysis and cross-functional partnership:

• Strategic Planning: Lead the charge on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling to navigate the complexities of large-scale manufacturing.

• Cost Engineering: Take full ownership of cost accounting processes, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and supply chain finance.

• Operational Insight: Conduct deep-dive variance analyses and develop dynamic Power BI dashboards to provide leadership with actionable intelligence.

• Systems Optimization: Serve as the financial lead for SAP optimization, ensuring the ERP ecosystem accurately reflects the pulse of production.

• Fiscal Stewardship: Maintain rigorous internal controls and regulatory compliance to safeguard company assets and performance.

The Profile of Excellence

• The Industrial Veteran: You possess 5–10 years of financial analysis experience specifically within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.

• SAP Mastery: Proficiency in SAP is a non-negotiable requirement for this role. You are a power user who understands how financial data flows through an enterprise ERP.

• Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field.

• On-Site Commitment: You value the collaborative energy of a manufacturing environment and are committed to 100% on-site presence in Decatur.
