Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Creation: Design accurate, detailed, and timely proposals that reflect our solutions and meet client expectations.

Change Order Support: Assist in managing and organizing the Change Order approval process to ensure clarity and consistency in project scopes.

Sales Team Collaboration: Partner with our Outside Sales team to gather critical project details and ensure the proposal aligns with customer needs.

Clear Communication: Keep the Sales team informed and updated throughout the proposal lifecycle—from concept to delivery—ensuring full transparency and alignment.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in proposal development, estimating, or project coordination (experience in a technical or service-based industry preferred).

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.

Familiarity with CRM tools, quoting software, or project management systems is a plus.
