Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active Alabama SLP License and valid TCERT certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience serving schools or diverse student populations preferred
- Comfort with both onsite work and, if needed, the potential for virtual service provision
- Passion for fostering communication skills and supporting students’ educational success
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy for a caseload/grade level to be determined (candidate input welcomed)
- Evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for students
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administration
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary teams
