Qualifications:

• Active Alabama SLP License and valid TCERT certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience serving schools or diverse student populations preferred
• Comfort with both onsite work and, if needed, the potential for virtual service provision
• Passion for fostering communication skills and supporting students’ educational success

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy for a caseload/grade level to be determined (candidate input welcomed)
• Evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for students
• Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administration
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary teams
