About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of FP&A to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the organization's growth strategy, which involves both internal system and process transformation and external acquisitions. As the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for developing detailed models for budgeting, leading financial modeling efforts for various business scenarios, and supporting investment decisions, including those related to M&A activity. The role also includes preparing performance reports for the executive team, enhancing reporting capabilities, and driving the business forward through the development of systems, processes, and reporting. The ideal candidate for the Head of FP&A position at the company will be ACA qualified, experienced in an FP&A-focused role, and commercially astute with a proven track record in financial leadership. You should be adept at financial modeling and analysis, with knowledge of Power BI being an advantage. The role requires an ambitious and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. The Head of FP&A will work closely with the finance and executive teams, managing strategic information requests, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
