About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Supervisor to lead a team of machine operators in a high‑precision manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of CNC machining, and hands-on experience with HAAS and MAZAK equipment. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards are met, and drive continual improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support CNC operators across multiple shifts or production lines.
• Coordinate daily workflow, machine scheduling, and job prioritization to meet production goals.
• Oversee setup, operation, and troubleshooting of HAAS and MAZAK CNC machines.
• Ensure consistent part quality by monitoring production processes and inspecting output.
• Perform or assist with complex setups, tool adjustments, and process optimization.
• Work closely with programming, engineering, and quality teams to resolve machining issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching, training, and development for team members.
• Maintain documentation, production records, and shift reports.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and optimize tooling and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with HAAS and MAZAK CNC machines, including setup and operation.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming fundamentals (G-code/M-code).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and machining issues.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team‑leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MAZATROL conversational programming.
• Background in process improvement (5S, Lean, Kaizen, etc.).
• Experience with multi-axis machining or specialized tooling.
• Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing management systems.
