Senior Consultant, Workday HCM
- Leading the design, solutioning, and configuration of Workday HCM modules
- Driving end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Conducting and facilitating client meetings to guide decision-making and drive project milestones
- Providing subject matter expertise on Workday HCM best practices, enhancements, and optimization opportunities
- Mentoring junior team members and overseeing the quality of Workday deliverables
- Serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships based on credibility and technical acumen
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- 5+ years of professional experience with Workday HCM solutions
- Experience with the implementation of one or more of the following modules: Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking and Absence
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Workday certification(s)
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Workday certification preferred
