EssentialHold a bachelor’s degree and a post-graduate qualification in education. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have a proven record of raising attainment and improving progress. Have an excellent understanding of teaching and learning. Be proficient in the development and adaptation of curriculum in the subject. Have a proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice. Desirable Demonstrate effective teaching strategies and promote high quality teaching of science across the school. Ability to oversee and implement the analysis of student outcomes. Understand curriculum design and the concept of a developing an aspirational, cumulative curriculum. Take responsibility for leading the development and resourcing of the curriculum in collaboration with other Phase Leaders. The school offers Tax-free salary inclusive of housing allowance.
