Wireless Customer Service & Sales Associate

PRIME NEXUS INC is hiring a full-time Wireless Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team in Montgomery, AL.

In this entry-level position, you'll work face-to-face with customers in retail locations while representing a client in the wireless industry. You'll help customers understand available wireless products, services, and promotions while providing a friendly and professional customer experience.

We provide paid, hands-on training, so previous wireless or sales experience is not required. We're looking for motivated people who enjoy working with customers, are comfortable in a goal-oriented environment, and are ready to learn.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face inside retail locations

• Represent wireless products and services professionally

• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate options

• Explain available services, features, promotions, and upgrades

• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information

• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process

• Build positive relationships with customers

• Work toward individual and team performance goals

• Participate in ongoing training and coaching

• Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing our client
