Position Description: **Overview:**We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. This role requires a proactive person who excels in communication and can effectively engage with a diverse range of candidates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective interaction with a broad candidate pool.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Candidate Interaction:** Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and engage candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. - **Screening and Interviews:** Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews and phone or video interviews, to identify top candidates. Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. - **Relationship Building:** Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates. - **Collaboration:** Partner with team members to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on the recruitment process. Assist in creating job descriptions and defining key qualifications. - **Data Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. - **Compliance:** Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.**Qualifications:**- **Bilingual Proficiency:** Fluency in English and Spanish is required.- **Experience:** Proven experience in roles involving extensive communication and engagement with people from diverse backgrounds.- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.- **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong ability to build relationships and effectively interact with candidates and colleagues.- **Organizational Skills:** Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- **Technology Proficiency:** Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other communication tools.
