Sandblasting Operator

As a Sandblasting Operator, you will be responsible for painting dump truck beds and flatbed trucks using a pressure pot system. You will also ensure the preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of the painting booth and pressure lines to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Paint dump truck beds and flatbed trucks using a pressure pot system.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain the painting booth and pressure lines.
• Mix and prepare paints for industrial painting applications.
• Operate spray guns and apply liquid or powder coat paints.

• 1-3+ years of experience in industrial or automotive painting.
• 1-3+ years of experience in mixing and prepping paints.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with spray guns and pressure pots.
• Proficiency in operating a paint booth and powder coating.

• Experience in building truck beds for the agriculture industry.
• Knowledge of truck chassis construction is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
