LaborMAX Staffing is hiring Air Filter Technicians to inspect, clean, and replace air filters in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role helps ensure proper air quality and efficient HVAC system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect HVAC systems and assess filter condition
- Clean, replace, and install air filters and filtration systems
- Monitor airflow and system performance after service
- Maintain service records and report issues like dust, mold, or leaks
- Follow safety guidelines and communicate with clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and air filtration processes
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift, climb, and work in various conditions
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC maintenance or mechanical systems
- HVAC certification (EPA certification is a plus)
- Familiarity with commercial and industrial filtration systems
Work Environment:
- Work may be performed indoors and outdoors
- Exposure to dust, allergens, and varying temperatures
- May require travel between job sites
